Design Description:
This project in Haidong City, Qinghai, aims to create a new landmark with luxury hotel apartments and a rich supporting experience. The design concept, inspired by “flowers and wealth,” divides the plot into four groups with cross-shaped axes, featuring a commercial podium and tower with hanging gardens. The multi-storey building maximizes views through terraces and landscape design, integrating green spaces and amenities like sports courts. The facade abstracts the rolling Kunlun Mountains, using glass for a crystal-clear elegance. The retreat-style roof enhances views and integrates the building with the site, focusing on quality, health, and sustainability, offering a multi-level service function to meet modern living needs.
