This project is located in Gu’an County, Hebei Province, south of Fansheng Street and west of Dongwan Expressway Connection Line. The function is a five-star hotel with a construction land area of 11795.61 square meters and a total construction area of 46802.33 square meters. The above ground building area is 38888.88 square meters, and the underground building area is 7913.45 square meters. There are twelve floors above ground and one floor underground. The basement level of this hotel serves as a civil air defense garage, equipment room, and logistics room. The above ground podium has two floors, mainly used for the lobby, private rooms, catering, etc. The equipment transfer layer between the second and third floors is the guest room section, the third to eleventh floors are the guest room section, and the twelfth floor is the conference room. Design concept: 1. The overall layout should respond to the surrounding environmental factors, reduce the impact on surrounding projects, and shape a good urban street view. 2. The transportation system separates passengers and goods efficiently and safely. 3. Functional composition is scientifically combined and organically linked. 4. Space system scene interaction, elegant and dynamic. 5. Harmonious coexistence of green space system, following the example of nature. 6. The development of green buildings continues, with high efficiency and low carbon emissions.
