In this detached house for three generations of the family, the first floor consists of communal areas and a reception room. To create a senior-friendly space, the elder’s room is also located on the first floor to ensure easy access for elders. The second and third floors are private spaces, including bedrooms and a family room. Unlike the formal layout of the communal living room, the family room offers residents a space to relax and unwind in the utmost comfort. The basement houses a home theater equipped with a large wine cabinet. The dark wood veneer echoes the tones of oak barrels, complemented by LED lighting which casts a warm amber glow, enhancing the luxurious feel of the space. The triangular attic serves as a storage area as well as a secret hideout for children. The layout is thoughtfully layered to meet the diverse needs of each family member.
When opening the main door, you will be greeted by a stunning marble feature wall. Its translucent texture provides a calming entryway experience. On the right, the reflective mirrored surface expands the sense of depth, while the partially hollowed-out cabinet on the left guides the line of sight, making a narrow hallway feel more spacious.
The serene color palette extends into the communal areas, with the TV wall featuring layers of dark and light gray marble, complemented by gray-beige stone-patterned tiles on the floor, creating a sense of harmony in a home. To transform a short TV wall, the guest room incorporates a multi-layered structure to establish a full TV wall. By enhancing the color depth of the guest room and incorporating materials such as titanium-plated metal, marble, and gray glass, the space seamlessly blends reflective textures with a serene atmosphere, creating an environment that is both refined and rich in intricate details.
The stairs lead the way to the upstairs private areas. The master bedroom in soft beige tones creates a tranquil sleeping environment. The integration of the TV wall with built-in storage cabinets presents a clean and orderly layout, while also defining a clear separation from the dressing area. In the boy’s room, the headboard in soothing gray tones oozes a comfortable atmosphere. The partially hollowed wardrobes, combined with reflective mirrors, help reduce visual clutter and enhance the room’s openness.
Bathed in warm yellow glow, the attic features a curved daybed and an open, airy layout, creating a relaxed and comfortable space. The lower part of the wall is designed with large storage cabinets, providing ample space for books, toys, and household items. The attic becomes a secret wonderland for both adults and children, blending beauty with practicality effortlessly.
