Design Preface

The owner is a young 90s returnee girl who lives on her own in daily life. The focus of a single person’s residence is warmth and comfort, while also having a certain level of safety. With the theme of “home is the harbor of the soul”, the designer positions the style as modern simplicity, simple but not simple, just like the charm of “simplicity” that people feel on the journey. When the tired body and mind’s attachment to home becomes stronger, and people want a relaxed and free environment, “modern simplicity style” is undoubtedly the best choice.

Plan

The overall design of this case focuses on roundness, and the division of space is guided by streamline. The color tone is a low saturation warm cream color between beige and milky coffee, with a refreshing touch in the light warm tone, bringing healing and relaxation.

Highlighting flexibility and adaptability in the handling of space, fully considering the changes of the owner at each stage of their life and their different needs for space, allowing the space to be extended over time.

Living room

The living room is the main place that connects the inside and outside and communicates the emotions of the guests. It is frequently used, so it is relatively spacious. The TV background wall is just a simple treatment, with square column walls protruding outward on both sides of the flat background wall. The display cabinet below the TV is made of natural marble material and equipped with an electronic fireplace, which enhances the dynamic feel of the space.

Dining room

When dining in a restaurant, the most important thing is comfort and relaxation. Choosing a light color scheme as the main color to enlarge the space and create a visually bright and non oppressive dining space is very important. However, using light colors all the time can actually blur the spatial hierarchy, and using dark colors to enhance contrast in details makes the hierarchy more distinct and full, giving it a serene appearance of time!

Due to the fact that the owner is a young woman, the extensive use of light tones preserves the original building’s sense of openness; Add bright and transparent elements, and the fun colors will greatly satisfy the girl’s heart!

Master bedroom

The artistic proposition of modern bedrooms subverts traditional old-fashioned imagery and abandons complex element stacking. After the balcony is included in the master bedroom, the space is very spacious, and the lighting mainly relies on bedside chandeliers and tube lights. The overall color scheme is matched with a gray Morandi color scheme, which is very simple and fashionable.
