Aiida Awards Member Application Guide (2025 Edition)
1. Award Categories
The Aiiida Awards are divided into three main categories:
1. Professional Awards : - Interior Design - Architecture - Product Design (Each includes several subcategories)
2. Organization Awards - TOP10 - TOP50
3. Individual Awards - TOP10 - TOP50
2. Member Registration Process
1. Click 'Start' in the top right corner to begin your application.
2. If you already have an account, select 'Login'; if not, choose 'Subscribe' to register.
3. During registration, please choose your identity: Designer or Organization (This choice cannot be changed later. If you need to switch, please register a new account).
- Designers must upload a portrait photo - Organizations must upload a logo - Image requirements: 800x800px, 72dpi, less than 0.5MB - We recommend using BulkResize (https://bulkresizephotos.com/) for lossless compression
3. Project Submission Process
1. After registration, go to 'My Account' and select 'New Project' from the dropdown menu to submit your work.
2. Please prepare the following before submitting:
- Title and project description must be translated into English - Projects must be original - Cover Image (displayed on homepage, recommended ratio 5:3 horizontal) - Gallery Images (project image collection) - All image files must be under 2MB (use BulkResize for compression)
3. A submission fee of $199 USD is required. Projects without successful payment will not be considered submitted.
4. You can view all submitted projects under 'All Projects' and click 'Edit' to modify them.

5. Notes: The naming method of folders and files is 'AIIDA Award+Name of main designer or name of agency+Project name';
4.Evaluation and Result Notification
1. All submissions will be carefully reviewed by the Aiida Committee.
2.10 days after, please log in to your dashboard and check 'All Projects' for Round One results:
- If selected, the 'Statut' column will show 'Selection'
3. You will also receive an email notification. If not, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Final results will be announced at the end of August. You can check your awards under 'All Projects '>'Trophy' in your account.

4.Evaluation and Result Notification
1. The preliminary results will be determined by the jury of the organizing committee within five working days after receiving your application. please log in to your dashboard and check 'All Projects' for Round One results:
- If selected, the 'Statut' column will show 'Selection'
2. You will also receive an email notification. If not, please check your spam folder or contact us.
3. Final results will be announced at the end of October. You can check your awards under 'All Projects '>'Trophy' in your account.

5. Award Ceremony
The Aiiida Award Ceremony will be held in Los Angeles on December, 2025.
Winners will receive an official invitation.
