This project is the Chongqing flagship shop of the world-renowned bathroom brand “Contemporary”. It is located in a prime location within the mall.

When planning the floor plan, we consider two main aspects: firstly, how quickly the customer can discover the shop; secondly, how the customer can be interested and immediately feel the excellent quality of the contemporary products when they enter.

Because the main traffic movement in the mall is in a positive checkerboard style, the frontage of this project is not easily spotted, so we have deliberately installed a diagonal frontage, opposite the main traffic route, to make it easily spotted by customers.

We have set up a key product exhibition room at the entrance, with non-stop circular flowing water, with a strong sense of architecture in the form of exhibition rooms, one moving and one static, attracting customers’ attention.

The layout of the shop, we did not use the traditional shelf display layout, but one by one situational exhibition room, not only to show the excellent quality of contemporary sanitary products, but also to make customers generate a sense of immersion, thus promoting sales.

Although it is a situational exhibition room, we do not simply take the aisle plus the form of exhibition room, but let the exhibition room and exhibition room between the connection, can echo each other, can also be independent of the chapter, so that the space dynamic at the same time also make the customer immersive experience. These are based on a thorough understanding of contemporary sanitary products.

In the spatial effect, adhering to the contemporary bathroom advocates a low-key luxury, modern and minimalist design style, the effect of the space façade also in this direction. We have adopted an architecturally rich shape, simple and pure, yet with a sense of design. In order to highlight the exquisite materials of the contemporary bathroom, we also used simple and elegant wall and ceiling materials, but with a textured lacquer that accentuates the quality of the product. It took many samples to find the right colour and texture.

A lot of thought went into the design of the lighting. In order to keep the large amount of metal materials from producing glare and at the same time to let the light bring out the excellent quality of the products, we used various forms of lighting to create a perfect balance between indirect and direct lighting, creating a very good light environment.
