Greentown Huafa‧Nanjing River Moon is ideally located next to the Green Expo Park Riverside Sightseeing Belt. The design of River Moon revolves around the important cultural memory of Nanjing’s Cloud-Brocade,

intertwining its warp and weft with modern architectural aesthetics to create a luxurious residential community rich in cultural charm and modern living atmosphere.

The architectural design uses seclusion as the main theme and Cloud Brocade as the background, constructing a base of hidden luxury. The project plans for 14 residential buildings arranged in an enclosed layout,with a central garden area of 20,000㎡. All buildings feature elevated designs, creating elevated space area of 7,000㎡.

The building facades design incorporate the weaving method of Cloud Brocade, using the warm gray stone and glass materials to render the splendid visual building elevation which is mostly like the precise stitch-craft in gold and color patterns. When the sunlight reflects on the facade, the reflected sky images move across the glass mirror on the façade, framing a flowing “Cloud-Brocade masterpiece” that blends into the Yangtze River skyline, echoing the Green Expo riverside. Both the north and south entrances feature an overall height of approximate 8 meters, with the main material being bronze-colored stainless steel, creating a floating canopy design that brings a grand museum-like visual experience.

The route of homecoming includes passing through the drop-off courtyard,entering the grand lobby, traversing the gentle slope courtyard, and arriving at the homecoming hall, all connected by a system of covered walkways, creating a multi-layered ceremonial homecoming experience.The architectural aesthetics of “the skylight of Cloud-Brocade” create a dazzling skyline along the Yangtze River. The project weaves a livable, appreciable, and observable living scene, depicting the multi-dimensional and interwoven charm of the Qinhuai River. Nanjing River Moon represents another iteration of luxury riverside residences in Nanjing, with a garden and a home which is precious and captivating.
