Luxury coliving is more than just a residential trend. It’s a social revolution in the way we live and interact.
This innovative concept completely rethinks the traditional of housing, by renting high-end shared spaces that offer much more than a than just a place to live.

In the heart of the 50s, a visionary French artist, Yves Klein, gave birth to a unique and bewitching color now famous as Bleu Klein. Bleu Klein inspired by the deep hues of the Mediterranean skies, Yves Klein sought to transcend perception of color by giving his blue an unrivalled emotional power. He wanted this color, imbued with mystery, touch the soul of those who contemplate it. The Klein Blue, also known as IKB (International Klein Blue), is the result of meticulous experimentation. Yves Klein worked alongside chemists to create an intensely blue pigment create an intensely blue pigment that would lose none of its brilliance over time.
