Zhuhai City in China. Huafa Greater Bay One represents Huafa’s high-end

residential buildings and sets a new internal design standard for high-end

residential. It is developed to be the landmark residential in Zhuhai. The

project is adjacent to Hengqin Bridge, which is overlooking the first-line sea

view under its superior geographical condition. Within a range of 1 kilometer

radius, residents have access to various amenities, including the

international exhibition center, Zhuhai Center which is the city’s landmark

building as well as Shizimen Shopping Center.

In terms of architectural design, the traditional facade cladded in gray and

white materials for the residential towers has been meticulously designed,

now incorporating warm champagne gold lines as decoration. This design

not only adds a cozy atmosphere to the building but also gives it a unique

modern feel. Unlike the upright and straight-line style of conventional

architecture, this innovative superfluid facade design uses smooth corners,

breaking the limitations of traditional right angles. This fluid and modern

a five-star resort for the residents, it emphasizes social attributes to creates a

rich experiential and quality-oriented environment. As a result, the main

entrance design is inspired by the grand gates of high-end resort hotels,

with simple, elegant lines that isolate the city’s hustle and bustle. This

creates a prestigious homecoming experience for residents, marking the

charming prologue of this vacation journey. Meanwhile, the community’s

first impression is created by an oversized urban interface.Huafa Greater Bay One is a serene vacation destination filled with deep and

light blue tones. The design aims to create an environment that brings inner

peace and an inclusive atmosphere. By using bright colors from nature and

romantic lines, the architectural design is highlighted by the touching

landscape design. Within this project, the goal is to immerse the residents in

the embrace of mountains and sea through the internal landscape design.

With lush greenery and an oriental tropical style, it offers the residents an

opportunity to return to their hearts and nature, while also enjoying

magnificent mountain and sea views.
